- NACC has equipment and vehicles in several construction sites in various provinces of Afghanistan. The shifting of the equipment to the project site will be very nominal and available equipment should be on site within a week after issue of NTP.
- Shifting of a required equipment will required at least 2 days.
- The NACC director General “General” and the rest of the company management staff for the project will be able to assemble during this initial mobilization period.
The first week of the project will be a crucial time for the proper assembling of all needed materials, manpower, and equipment. The efficiency of the project will be determined by the careful planning that takes place during this period.
The following objectives of NACC will be accomplished during the first one month of the project:
